This is the pay-off I get from what I do. I was asked by a customer to make something for her nieces wedding using a family fork from her grandmother. Of course I agreed - I love this kind of work. It puts extra meaning in what I do. Then I received these wonderful images of the beautiful bride and her beautiful sisters. Plus a letter. My customers are more than just customers. I used 2 of the tines from the fork to make the pendant (pendant is the piece with the 3 pearls) I call it Swooping Pearls. You can Google Swooping Pearls.
I just wanted to tell you how much Kristen loved her necklace! My daughters (picture attached) Maggie and Laura were Maid of Honor and bridesmaid, respectively, and Kristen is in the middle They gave her the necklace at the rehearsal dinner, she called me and said how beautiful it was and it would be perfect to wear for the wedding. I had no idea that she was wearing pearls! So many people commented on it, she loved it and said how much it meant to her. I have included the picture of her and my daughters, the note I put with the necklace and a picture that she sent to me with all the jewelry that she was given that day. The earrings are from her now husband, the ring was a button from her mother’s dress and made into a cocktail ring, and then the fork/necklace! Wonderful memories, thank you so much for creating a beautiful one!!
