Q Is all of your jewelry made from ordinary silver dinner forks?
A Yes, I either use the entire fork or some part of the fork.
Q Do you have to melt or anneal the silver fork in order to bend and shape it for your designs?
A No I “cold form” each fork or fork part with tools I have or tools I make for my designs.
Q Do you use sterling silver forks for your jewelry?
A Yes and no. Much of my jewelry is made from silver plated forks but I do used sterling silver forks. I also silver and
gold plate much of my jewelry made from the silver plated forks.
Q Can I provide a family fork for you to make something for me?
A Yes, many of my jewelry pieces are created from customers who provide forks so that daughters and
granddaughters can wear something from “grandma’s” silver.
Q Are the stones you use in your jewelry natural?
A Yes and no. All the stones I use are natural stones. As with most stones a heat treatment or chemical treatment
enhances the look which I like. Most of the stones I use are natural and not treated in any way. The semi-precious
stones can be real or lab-created.
Q Can I provide a stone for you to use for a piece of jewelry?
A Yes, I’ve been given rough natural stones with sentimental value as well as very expensive diamonds and sapphire
stones to incorporate in my designs. I’m always flattered that someone provides one of these meaningful stones.
Q Do you buy sterling silver flatware?
A Yes, I’m always looking for sterling silver flatware and pay the daily value price for it.

Q Are your designs original and unique?
A Yes, all of my designs are original and each one is different and unique. I do have a few designs which I’ve repeated
but since all my jewelry is hand-made there will be differences in each piece.
Q Do you make specialty pieces?
A Yes, I make special pieces of jewelry for Mother’s Day and memorial pieces for loved ones that might be struggling
with a life challenge. I made a special piece for a friend’s mother who was struggling with a medical diagnosis. If
you have something in mind I will work with you.
